Scores won't save due to internet connection.

I just got this new laptop and it's great and all, but sometimes when I play I'll lose internet connection during the middle of a song which will cause my scores not to save.
For instance, I got a 11-0-0-0 on Hajnal, which, normally, would get me 2 tier points, I think. However, I lost connection and I didn't know how to take a snapshot. Just now I got a Victims and Martyrs "AAA" and the same thing happened, but I took a snapshot of it.
I know that there's some kind of thread for this, but I can't find it anywhere.

Does the "Support Token" thread (or whatever it's called) deal with stuff like this, or am I just going to have to do it again?
