No, it isn't.
I get like 30~ perfects on 1.4x music, I just don't have the MA to AAAA something. Arch0wl fails 1.6x Quasar, I believe. Or atleast he used to when he AAA'd 1.5x music Quasar. If you don't believe me, some people just DO NOT have the speed.. ask DukAmok, uh... I can't really think of any accuracy-only indexers.. DanTheMan too I believe.. myself.. etc.
