Hey there.

I have been going through something of an existential slump recently, and when I was reading through this thread on FFR about social anxiety, this post really got to me:

If the entire day ends up being miserable, as long as I get to somehow improve atleast one person's day just for a split second, and make them feel slight enjoyment really makes life for me worth living.

It's a very interesting thought that the smallest act of kindness can turn a day--or maybe even a life--around, and I've decided to stop thinking about it and try putting it into practice. Starting tomorrow (Monday, September 24), I will try and do one random act of kindness for a stranger.

This thread is for suggestions/people who would like to join. I will do my best to update it daily with my progress.

1. Bring popcorn for a friend
2. Buy a cool drink for somebody
3. Leave a note of encouragement in somebody's bag
