I tried to say earlier the D6 song was waaaaay too easy. I didn't know they chose it for this round, I would've thought it'd be better late D5 or end D4. I mean, with all bias, it's as easy as a 74, and for me, easier than some 70's. The song's speedy parts for me just flow really well, but for most people, it doesn't matter since they are few and don't last that long. Only two are tricky (the ones with dumb anchors) and if you figure them out you're golden. I wouldn't be surprised if, with no extra problems like freezing comp etc all of D6 could pull AAA's this round. Next rounds back to hurting though...
I'm glad to see that you're saying this, considering that you're a difficulty consultant. I mentioned the same thing to a few people and there are a lot of people who agree with this point -- it's fast, but it's smooth and fluent; it's also placed in a division where speed is a necessity to survive, and most people in this division have this speed. Aside from a few patterns, this file is very simple and straightforward, so the extreme amount of AAA scores obviously aren't a surprise to anyone.
