@ sticklydude; I'm playing exactly your way with a L shaped table.
I swap between planted and raised all the time depending on what pattern I'm dealing with. If I play AIM Anthem, I'll start planted with the jumpjacks and switch raised with the tricky jack part. If I play Coat Czech/Silence, I'll play planted all the way because it's giving me better accuracy on unfriendly patterns (weird bursts/anything with a lot of [2][1] or [3][4] in it) If I play Purple, I'll play planted the beginning and swap raised for the end because it's short enough to keep up with and I'd rather have speed comfort and deal with the accuracy than being accurate but too slow to keep up. If I play Grist, I'll start raised for the jacks and switch planted for the 32nd stuff until the end. I think planted is better overall, I just have no clue how people hit semi-fast/fast jacks that way. Last edited by Hakulyte; 03-13-2012 at 11:00 AM.. |
