Edit: After chatting with Halogen a bit I'm going to move him down to D4 (He is on down-scroll mind you) with the understanding of if he starts getting D5 worthy scores he's going to be moved back up. If anyone has a serious objection and wishes to discuss it please use the contact information to talk to me about it.

Yeah, if anyone has a problem with this at all, I'll just move back up to D5. I've started putting up a few scores here or there and I intend on playing more when time permits, but I honestly don't think I have much of a standout score for D5.
