Hey guys! Since seeing Calimists 65,000 step challenge all that time ago, I thought it would be kinda cool to use something like that as a stamina testing/training workout during ITG sessions. A friend got me a nice long 140bpm song mashup, and despite Stepmania doing it's best to hinder me, I finally finished stepping it!
http://www.fileserve.com/file/pMp5WW...mina Files.rar Voila! 3 files lie within, all of them nonstop 140bpm streamfests. The first is a 10 minute long chart, described as "****in' easy" by XtempestX from these forums, who can be seen playing it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqFzSTebVCY This chart is great for pushing yourself once you're scoring well on you're other commonly played 140bpm charts like Monotone, ICWOWICF, Loituma, etc. If you're really pro, this is also fun on ratemods! Secondly, we have the 30 minute long file. This one is quite a bit harder, and to my knowledge has only yet been passed by myself, XtempestX, and another player from these parts called s34n. This one is a push, and if your legs aren't aching after this then you are probably some kind of alien. This one was passable for us when we were beasting out Dragonforce songs, but I imagine you could give it a good go before that! Target score is 98.10%, set again by XtempestX. And finally, the 4 hour beast. I only managed to finish charting this recently due to Stepmania having a shitfit every time I wanted to continue it, and the lag being UNBELIEVABLE in the editor by the time I got past 50k steps. It's not been attempted yet, and I don't think I'll be able to do it. Anyone here want to give it a go for me? I would looooove for someone push through all 133,554 steps of this chart, and post a video/screenie of it ![]() So... any ITG players here, hope you're interested in trying these I guess you could try these on SM too, but I don't know if they'd be as much fun. Except for the 10 minute one with ratemods ![]() Last edited by wildfireskunk; 02-23-2012 at 03:55 PM.. |
