I wouldn't say it's subliminal. More like strictly sexual.
Musically, I like this. But it doesn't seem to have really anything to do with MLP:FiM other than the 20% cooler meme and a couple pony shoutouts (Twilight Sparkle and Rarity). Seems to me they're just trying to cash in on the popularity of MLP:FiM.
