Naps
Who else likes them? I know you can consider them unproductive, but say you have the time to waste; would you take one? Personally i love naps, given i run on about 3 a day. I get a total of about four and a half hours of sleep in a whole day between all those naps, occasionally more. My body just doesn't like to sleep for more than an hour and a half at a time. so i LOVE naps, they are what keep me running.
