Profile Chat Error

I am not sure why, but for the past week or so my Profile Chat window keeps popping up with this error message that says "An Error has Occured: This user name is already taken." It will tell me I am connecting to it and then BOOM! It just says this. I'm not sure if other people are experiencing this technical difficulty as well, but it is frustrating me a lot. If you're either experiencing this too or know how to fix it, please comment and let me know. If you don't know how to, then I'll just go to an Administrator and ask them what is wrong with it.
