We don't have free will. It's just a concept to describe the feeling of making perceived logical decisions based on all the parameters, genetic and environmental, that we have come across so far. Really, a system that can be described totally in terms of its external parameters (our experiences and genes) must be deterministic. Free will seems to imply an identity which is an arbiter to itself and does not depend on any external parameters, but this is not the case.
