I stopped playing for a while because I got bored and then yesterday I decided randomly to get back into FFR. It's been about three months, maybe. At my best point back then, I could FC a VC song, now I can barely FC a standard/tricky. What I noticed is that it's very hard to read the arrows like I used to be able to, so what can I do to get myself back up to speed? I'm thinking about reinstalling stepmania because I know that always helps people, but is there anything else I can do?

edit: Another funny thing I noticed is that for almost all the songs, I've retained the muscle memory(for example {blaze}), but then I can barely read the arrows anymore so I'm frantically trying to keep up with a blur of arrows as my brain presses everything perfectly on time, leaving my fingers in a jumbled heap on the keyboard. XD
