New Profile Background?

I need a new avatar, background+banner space.

What I want to see is something to the quality of what is on Smitty's profile.
Borders around the badges and a cutoff for the rest of the profile below the avatar as you can see in Smitty's.
As for the style of background and avatar, I want something grungy with a heavy industrial overtone.
Like think of being in this crazy factory with gears and shit everywhere, wires hanging and sparking, lights bent from their mounts and messed up.

This sounds crazy but I know someone is capable of doing this. I'd <3 you forever for it.
