SLK350 or E350 Cabriolet

Trying to convince dad to buy a benz SLK350 (or 300) rather than an E350 cabriolet (or 250)

Note: No. of seats is not an issue (for him)

His argument:
More comfortable and spacious
Better features and a larger list of options
Enough power (either E250 or E350 cab)
Bigger, safer car

My argument:
We already have a 4-seater soft-top convertible
Aesthetically pleasing to the eye
$30,000 cheaper (comparing SLK350 to E350 cab)
Both casual and formal appearance (necessary for his job)

Help with forming more appropriate arguments to attract him towards the SLK will be much appreciated. He doesn't give a crap about wheels, sound, excessive power and the lot - he wants decent/enough power coupled with peace and tranquility behind the wheel, with reasonable leg-room and a more formal appearance.
