[Request] Digital Graphics Designer

I am looking for a volunteer to design a layout, as well as graphics/icons and etc... for a website. The purpose of the website has already been decided.

Some quick information:
- the website will be built using a CMS
- you don't need to worry about CSS/HTML/js. Just tell me where things should be placed, and design the buttons and etc...

Requirements:
- must know in great detail about the visual appearance of websites. (what happens when you click a link, what happens when you hover over a link)
- please be good at art

Note: This is a non paid position. My rationale for starting this project is purely for the interest of resume building and learning experience, and I hope yours is too.
