Notes: I hadn't seen a good chart for this when I made it, so I decided to go for creating one on my own. Was coming out pretty decent, but then I realized that there was a lot more that wasn't stepped by anyone. Originally intended for SM, this file packs a punch once you hit the end, spiking from a fairly tame 11 into a fairly nasty 12.
