Need some help

Me and my friend are trying to make a guild site. We are just starting but we need a banner. I was wondering if anyone could make one for us because frankly we both suck at photo shop and paint( the only programs availble to us.) Any programs we might be able to use would be nice. If suggesting one please provide a link to where I could get it. Also i'm not willing to buy any programs so no programs that cost money.

Our guilds name is LOFRN(league of free ranking nibians.) I was thinking about it being this big:

On the bottom I would like a green island with the LOFRN standing on it. The islands grass is green and the sky is stormy. Please post if you are willing to help or make one.
