Rejected FFR permission requests

Well, there's an Artist Blanket Permission thread sticky but it doesn't list any rejected artists. For example, FFR does not want Metallica to be in the game because they will charge a large sum of money to have their songs in the game (according to Patashu's post).

I would like to know any artists so far that do not give permission for their songs on FFR, so that way other people and even I don't have to waste time trying to contact that artist to get the same response.
