A great way to get fired

I was outside the country and I didn't know about this until today (my first day back at work).

Know this first: A recently new co-worker got fired for calling other co-workers numerous racists words. He has been trying to act like a badass towards co-workers and in front of customers and even tried to act pretty towards the management.


After closing, this co-worker starting to act like himself pushing everyone around and not really doing anything to clock out fast enough. He walks over to a co-worker (who is black) and asks him if porch monkey is a bad word. He then gets told by the rest of the employees to "Shut the hell up!" and finish his section. He then walks over to one of the co-workers (this time a girl) and says, "Shut the **** up *****." He then walks to the back of the store to the books with another co-worker (a guy backing up the girl) right behind him. The co-worker confronts him and tells him to repeat what he just said. He refused. Soon enough, the supervisor was notified and the co-worker was sent home. He called off the next day which was enough for the management staff to fire him. His girlfriend quit thereafter.
