Account recovery need mods help!

This was a recent message a sent to tass.

"Hello, this is R3v0lut10nm4st3r11. The only reason I made this account was to ask you this question. It has been a very long time since i have played FFR and i would like to continue playing. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the password. If you recall during the FFR tournament i think a year or two back, i was in the round right before the eliminations were made to win the song vertex beta vRofl. The top eight had already AAA'd the song and i had blackflagged it. I wanted vRofl so bad, and i made a horrible mistake. I tried letting someone get the AAA for me, but it backfired. After a long conversation with you, you allowed me to join FFR again on the promise that i would do nothing like this ever again. You also changed my password. My password before this was either Connor12, connor12, or Connor13. However, i think you changed it to something like "tassisawesome" or something that involved your name. The email adress on that account was fireemblemfan16@yahoo.com. I might still be able to get onto that email to check it, but it is full of spam. If there is any way i can recover my password without that email i would appreciate it greatly. If there is any more info you need, contact me through PM. I will try to use the account recovery but i feel this way would be better. Thanks for all your help then and now,

However, it appears that tass' computer has crashed meaning i have to wait for a response to him. This is post can be deleted and locked as soon as i put it on here. I am only putting this on here to get a mod's attention. Any mods that can help with recovery please pm or post on this thread. Thanks,
