FFЯ is...?

Believe me. I've googled it. I've done a LOT of research and come up with, you've guessed it, nothing. I've asked on this forum previously as well. Then all the assholes with FFЯ under their name just say "hahaha" or "lol" (and I'm pretty sure I got a "your mom") when I ask, or tend to leave some other tremendously useless comment. FFya is mentioned a LOT and I'm clueless. A few minutes of thinking got me to believe FFЯ is FFya. What is it, why is it ruining FFR, why/how has this site gone to hell, and why are some people bitching because they can't get in?

*EDIT* I know many of you with FFЯ under your name will be tempted to say hahaha lol your mom as you did last time. Don't.
