I need an avatar made

Hello FFR Community I have another request, this one a tad bit more challenging.

I need a 250 x 250 Avatar, that must have a Stormtrooper penguin wearing a Kilt with a flaming Skull background. The Skull must be visible and the penguin must have the helmet off.

I know it is a very odd request but whoever does this will get any amount of credits they request may take me a while but you will be paid
