Stepchart Banner/BG request

Well, I'm not the best at making simfile graphics, and this IS a really important one to me, as I will be submitting this one to StepMIX 4--and I have the charts finished. All I need is the GFX.

As far as the requirements for the banner/BG, I would like them to be ITG style. The banner has to be 418x164, and the BG has to be 768x480.

To give you guys some ideas for what to make, here's the artist page for where the song is located. The song is "Sunrise - Sanxion7 remix".

Make it look as much as a DDR/ITG style BG/BN. The more professional it looks, the more points I will get on the aesthetic part of the judging.

EDIT: I'll give everyone until the 19th (ends at 6 PM CST) to submit, this gives me time to get stuff in order.

Best BG/BN set will get 50k credits, and if I win top 3, the person will be PM'd with more info, as I will be giving them another prize later. Your work will be greatly appreciated.
