i would think that would be illegal if she was only 13. i'm not sure, but where i live i think you have to be 14 to make it legal to agree to have sex or somthing like that.
EDIT: i also think the article,and the whole paper are BS. i was skepitcal at the beginning, and now im totaly convinced that it is BS |
