Speed - MA = Mina (sm)

Just to clear up any confusion Mina= short for MinaciousGrace which is the name I usually go by on games (mmos etc) but for whatever retarded reason when I started FFR I signed up with EgomaniaCircus, which is a much less preferred anagram of the former, I hate it actually.

But anyway you've probably never heard of me (which is actually why I'm posting at all, per someone's suggestion) since I've only been playing for a little under 6 months now (technically 8 but I took two months off to waste my life away on Cabal online). I played FFR for about 4 months on my vista laptop, which means every single one of the 10000+ games I played was horribly de-synced and lagtastic and as a result I have severe mental blocks on nearly every FMO/FGO in the game. Which sucks. So after I found out vista blows for playing FFR I mostly moved over to stepmania but still play FFR once in a while, mostly for the tournament files. Flash 10 helps a lot with sync issues but my scores are still craptastic, so whatever.

So I SSed a few games I played today and well here they are:

I love this song. I thought it was a crappy run but it turned out to be a personal best, so whatever.


So I saw someone post a score of this in another thread before I made this one, so I went and played it like once. I guess you could call it sightread.


I kept suxing at this until I realized I could mirror and take a lot of the strain off my right hand, which is much weaker and slower than my left. Even though I'm right handed. Mirror freaking rocks. I could barely pass this last month.


I have a weird mental block on this song, two actually. The first is on the left hand jacks about halfway through the song, which I fixed using mirror (I love mirror) and the second is on the stupid slow handstream at the start. At least 5 of the CBs in this score were in the first 15 seconds. Not even kidding either. I got murdered on the 24ths this time around, but for whatever reason SM thinks this is a better score than the time I combo'd them.


Lmfao. I told you my MA was bad. I can't even A this without mirror. I FRICKING LOVE MIRROR. I actually have a slightly better score on this from a little over a month ago, when I still played at c575. I don't know why I haven't beaten it yet. It's the same with kasta sten, which I FCed on the same day, and then never came close to duplicating. I think it's because I had assist tick on back then? Maybe?


I really love this file. And my MA isn't even that bad here.


Lol, aids. I really don't understand how SM scoring works. It's barely over 80m, but an A?


So after playing this maybe 200 times I finally passed it. I'm not even joking when I say I've broken 2 keyboards over this song, meaning I've smashed them to pieces out of frustration. Yesterday I almost threw my laptop out the window when I failed at the end of the megatrill 9 times in a row. And when I say end, I mean the last 8 notes were halfway up my screen when I failed. What really irritates me is it's a crappy pass. I've gotten 500+ combos on non pass attempts before. Oh well.
