Default SM > R2 (explaining my logic)

I've said in several threads that SM is definitly better than R2, and I've gotten some foul remarks about this. I had typed up an explaination in one topic but FFR messed up while posting and I lost it. In another topic I had typed up an explaination but upon posting I found that the topic had been locked and stickied and I couldn't post. Thankfully, I copied it before hitting submit, so here is my logic:

There is no way R2 will be better than SM, especially in this first release. There will be certain aspects that are better, but in total, SM beats R2.

Ways R2 will beat SM:

-Multiplayer is easier (no DLing metrics, everybody has same songs no matter what)
-No need to DL and install stuff
-No need to go looking for songs
-Less of a system hog?
-Online rankings for songs

Ways SM will beat R2:

-Ability to add whatever songs you want/make your own steps (that alone makes it better for me)
-Better graphics
-Customizeable. Custom themes, noteskins, metrics, everything, pretty much
-Will work regardless of your connection to the internet or the status of FFR's connection to the internet
-Gets updated ALOT more often (because it's open source, if I'm not mistaken)
-Sounds better (assuming R2 sounds the same as FFR. From what I can tell, FFR doesn't play the full range of sounds, so you get less bass and such things. CIA Rave sounds a lot better when played off of my computer than when played in FFR)
-More songs already released than R2. There are plenty of good stepfiles for SM already, giving it more replayability

Well, that's about all I can think of to list right now. But from my standpoint, that proves that SM is MUCH better.

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
