Now there are a lot of teenagers out there. And there are a number of them that have lost their virginity, at which time they were underage. However, the two teenagers that were together were both under the age of consent for California. Should this be excusable, or should it be charged as the misdemeanor or felony that it is supposed to be, even if both were the same age?
It is definitely for an adult to have sex with an underage person. But should two people that are both underage and within a two-years' age range of each other be sentenced with the penalty that is standard? This question will be left up to you. Do you think that they should be charged? Or do you think that it should be let go? Keep in mind that the people involved in this act are both teenagers, and that hormones might not be very easy to control for a certain number of them out there. This band is composed of teenagers. So we take a stance on this that neither supports, nor opposes it. Because it should be up to the people to decide whether or not it is right, wrong, or should not be meddled with. So give us your thoughts on this subject. Don't be afraid to give us an essay. Because there should be something to prove your point, not that this is English class. That is all. - Cursebred (Caveman - Frontman of band) |
