My 1st cousin wants me to have sex with her. help

i really need some advice guys.

First of all i need to say that this is my closest family member. we grew up togheter. she is my best friend. we do everything and go everywhere togheter.

my cousin aly (who is 17) came over like 2 weeks ago. my mom just went to the store so it was just me and her alone in the house.

we was on the couch talking. watching tv and talking. out of no where she pused me to a laying down sorta posistion. i said what are you doing? she said "SHH.... be quite." has i was rubbing my head cause it hit the arm rest. she started getting on top of me and putting her hands in my shirt on my chest. and she said "i want you to have sex with me...." i was so freaked out. luckly my mom came home and knocked on the door like 4 seconds after she said that. so she got off me. that had to be the most awkward night of my life.
