My request is fairly simple (I think).

1. Shrink down the picture so it fits FFR's recommendations for avatar sizes.
2. Make the background transparent.
3. Change the dragon's colour to electric blue (if possible).
4. Have "Oilers" written across the bottom of the avatar in some kinda cool font.

I'm willing to offer credits, the amount will vary depending on how satisfied I am with the work.
