Make me a banner+avi for 10k.

Can someone please make me a banner and an avatar? Here is what I want:

Banner:
-Size of my old one(960x200)
-Blue and orange
-Include my name but don't place it right in the center.
-Include an anime character(but don't make it from Bleach, Naruto, etc.).
-Have some FFR arrows in it.

Avi:
-Size of my old one(128x128)
-Have my name in it but don't place it right in the center.
-Make it the same theme and colors as my banner.

10k to the the person who makes the best and if it's really good I'll give more.
