Make me a StepMania CdTitle - Paying

Ok, I have a few specifics, but other than that, be creative.

I would like the word "CATS" to appear in the image.
I would also like a small cat to appear near/above/behind/etc. the wording.
I would like the cat to match the text.

1,000 Credits goes to the image I use. I will pay significantly more if the CdTitle is done exceptionally well, but there is only a small amount of space being used which is a reason why I would only pay 1,000 credits.

I will post in here which image I choose and who the credits go to. I will also PM the artist.

I would like a change; more colors/vibrancy, etc. Right now, it's kind of boring.
