Run to the Hills just requires willpower and energy to stay synced since there is actually BPM changes in it. Every part has a different BPM, causing you're bass pedal to be off a bit at first.
Solo is also hard due to triple bass during the 16th streams. If you just want to pass it, just ignore it and just use the bass for every beat. And the part after the solo is also a killer, but not as much as the solo. Just requires the energy left from you're arms to stay synced while also concentrating on the bass pedal. BTW, the intro for Foreplay/Long Time also requires energy from you're left arm, but it's actually pretty easy once you get it down.
