Welcome to my 6th FFR based tournament and 2nd of this style. The first went over well so I'm here to continue it and hopefully see it grow in size. All the rules are the exact same from the first time, I just copied and pasted from my other tournament. Some of you know me, while others don't. All my previous tournaments have gone over rather well with very minimal complaining, for which I am grateful to all of you for that I could also use a new banner for my tournament and would appreciate it if you passed the word around or even put it into you siggy to help me out. Thanks so very much. The Basics This tournament will be different then all my others. In the past I have usually run things that span 2-3 weeks long which some people have issues with because of long rounds and what not, so this tournament will only be five rounds, and each round will last a single day, a mere 24 hours to get your best score in and beat the competition. The Rules This is your average run of the mill PA tournament, best PA will move on while those that are below the always dreaded line of doom will be cast into the fires of elimination. Since the replays are all wonky, unless I'm to be corrected before its started, I would like all screen shots to include some form of a time stamp. Unless I'm wrong, you can double click the bottom right hand corner where the time is and you can get it to show up, just so long as it does not obscure your score. To sign up, just post in this thread that you want in and which division, or send me a PM. The Divisions Just as in all my others, there will be 4 divisions, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Masters. There will be no cap on the amount of people that can join each division and you have the choice of your division. If I feel you should be some where else, I will place you there and of course you can appeal and I may change it, but in the end, my word is final and thats all there is to it. Each division will have a range of songs and they are... Beginner (Beginner-Standard songs) Intermediate (Standard-Difficult songs) Advanced (Difficult-Challenging songs) Master (Challenging-FMO songs) The Rounds As previously stated, there will be five rounds, one day long each. Each round will have a different and more difficult song based on the song thread, I'm to lazy to find the link right now, but thats where I get all my choices from. Each round will start at noon and end at noon. This makes sure that everyone has an evening to get their song done and gives me the correct time to update before bed and never miss the start of a new round. If I was home at night, the rounds would end later at night, but for now we shall deal with what is given. The Prizes Prizes as always will be credits. I will donate and will gladly accept donations from you, my loyal tournament goers. I would love to have a big tournament and every one to have fun and hope that yet again, it will go over very well. If you donate, please post on the thread how much you donated and I will acknowledge you on this thread Other then that, hope to see you sign up and have as much fun as I do ![]() Credits Donated Total-87,000 Beginner 1st Place - 5800 2nd Place - 2900 Intermediate 1st Place - 11600 2nd Place - 5800 Advanced 1st Place - 17400 2nd Place - 7700 Expert 1st Place - 23200 2nd Place - 11600 The Finish Beginner 1st-funmonkey54 2nd-pmonibuv1 Intermediate 1st-retching oesophagus 2nd-minhtam2448 Advanced 1st-R-Sisco 2nd-psychopete Master 1st-HighAndr0id 2nd-WitchoftheSand Last edited by Gun92; 05-9-2008 at 11:11 AM.. |
