Help with designing things.
Yeah. I really wanna be able to make things such as some of the amazing siggys on this site, but all i can really make are crappy things like mine. I have Corel PSP X. Do I even have the right software to do things like that? Do i need to find out what the tools do? Cause i cant make anything worth a crap. *looks sadly at siggy* All i did for that was use 3 layers (Background trippyness, text, and letter trippyness), erase the foreground, unerase over the letters, then delete the text. Nothing special there
