Yea, I have a 1/4 mile track 1 mile from my house. So I just run there, run around there a bunch and then run back. It gets boring running around it after awhile...but it feels good to get up early and go do it. Guess i'll go tommorrow.
I need to get back into weights. I havn't worked out much at all. I've also lost like 10 pounds...but I can still lift as much...maybe minus like 5 pounds, so its all good.
