My english teacher

First of all I live in Quebec, a french speaking province of Canada (North of usa in case you didn't know XD). The average level of english there isn't pretty high and my actual english teacher is from Quebec. I had two other ET (ET=English teacher) at that school. On was portuguese and one was greek and they both were very good teachers but the one I have right now is so retarded. She does so many grammar mistakes on the blackboard me and two friends have to correct her. She writes "period" like this "periode". Sometimes she gets mad at us because we keep correcting her and she knows we're better than her. She gave me 66% in a written production test and on the bottom she wrote something like: "You might think you know enough english to survive.. blahblah..blahblahblah..." (<- She must have used the dictionnary quite a few times there. (btw, she says dictionnaire (pronounces as dictionair) instead of dictionary) She thinks I need to survive in her class? Should I call the police for death threatening me? hehe

(btw just another exemple of her horrible grammar. She wrote "programs advance" while she meant "advanced software")
