Fricking Windows problem
I'm having trouble with Windows 2000. Lets say I open a new window of Internet Explorer. The icon in the bar keeps flashing. Then, when I open another window, it does the same thing, except that I cannot go back to my frst window unless I minimize the current window.
It does that for everything, and its fricking annoying. If anybody has a solution, please let me know. PS: I've tried scanning with Spybot S&D, ad-aware, norton and all those sh!ts, but nothing works.
