Ok I'm going to give a short review of it.
I loved the graphics, the 3D stuff was pretty cool (I don't know if it's 3D everywhere but it's pretty fun). The sounds of the movie were slightly overwhelming but it helped produced a great effect. The monster Grendel was very cool and I am now a fan of that creature and it's legend. I thought it had a very human story and it was very entertaining. The bad parts of the movie would be that it resembled 300 in too many ways, the main character Beowulf was just too damn funny! All I will say is that he is such full of crap it's hilarious. As far as some characters dialogue goes...it's a bit choppy on one character who speaks as if he was reading a cue card. You'll probably notice this. If you haven't read the poem i'm sure you would be very confused right at the midpoint of the movie and onward. After the main point of the movie was finished fairly early in the movie, the rest of it just throws you into the middle of something that you probably might not get at all. This will possibly leave you feeling confused, wanting more clarity and overall may disiinterest you. It did to me at least. This is my review and I tried really hard to be spoiler free. I don't really recommend it too much honestly. I liked it but it's not really somethng you would want to spend money on in the movies for.
