but anyways, like i was saying before, Snorlax owns all. he can put your opponent's pokemon to sleep so that they constantly are switching them out for an awakened one, and when they are all asleep he can just use dream eater and get an instant kill. also, he has no elemental weaknesses and his defense and HP are huge, so he can take a beating while he puts other pokemon to sleep. but my favorite thing ever is when some newb comes along thinking that Pikachu can beat anything, just like in the TV show. "Pffff, your Venasaur is nothing compared to my level 100 Pikachu! Yeah, that's right, I didn't let him evolve to Richu, just like Ash did in the cartoon. So now he knows all the quick moves and can out manuever your guys, just like Ash and Pikachu did in the show. I'd totally beat you in a battle!" 5 minutes later "Pikachu, I choose you!" "You know, you don't have to say that..." "But I like to because that's what they do in the show!" "Hmmmm, I think I oughta use this one..." "A Snorlax!? HAHAHA! You IDIOT! In the show that Snorlax was totally dumb. He just sat there all day. What are you gonna do, bore me to death!? HAHAHAHA! Wait...WTF?! Pikachu lost 253876 hp!? OH NOES!" that's what i would call "ownage," and yes, something similar has happened to me. i once fought a kid who thought the legendary birds were the shizznit, and had nothing but them. man, they may be good in the show, but they suck in the game, especially compared to my lineup.

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =( In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz. So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O |
