My parents won't allow me to go to my bf's house.

My parents won't for any reason allow me to go to my bf's house.
They say it's because since I'm only 15 it doesn't look right.
But truly I know what's going threw their mind.
SEX
I think it's trust issue.
If I were to go to his house it would be very safe.
We would probably hang with the family.
His parents seem very responsible.
And come on I'm 15.
Sex in not running threw my head right now.
I just want to spend time with him.

What could possibly be running threw my parents head.. especially my mom that she wouldn't let me go to his house not even for 30 min?
