Project64 works for most things, though it's a little bit buggy. Not buggy enough to REALLY interfere. Just sometimes the graphics glitch and silly stuff.
I used Project64 to play... uhh.. that Conker game, ummm... Perfect Dark, Ocarina of Time, and Banjo Kazooie. It screwed up pretty bad on the Zelda game but the others worked great. So I think Pj64 works.
