How to get mental help?
I was wondering what other places I could ask this in... and ironically, this is the most suitable. If this is in the wrong forum, I appologize - did the best I could.
I've been having some real-life issues, and I'm considering getting help about them. Thing is, though, I don't know where to turn. Psychologist? Therapist? Counsellor? Who should I look for, and how can I get a hold of one?
