As far as I know, SMGpadpack was called off. In fact, I think I was the one that called it off due to extreme lack of consistency in the project.
I think taif tried to start it again, but Web_God didnt' let him or something, so he started a new pack, the one that KgZ mentioned under another name and totally independent from SMG. I think it'll be really good so if you're interested check it out.
