radio streaming problems

does anybody know in OddcastV3 what encoder type i use? i'm given 3 options, "AAC Plus" , "Ogg FLAC" , and "OggVorbis" apparently none of those will work because people say they cant hear my music

just tell me which one i'm supposed to pick because on the instructions page (http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...structions.php) it says mp3 lame but i dont have that option to pick
