should even out the divisions a bit...
5th moon / haku, smartdude's team, and hammy's team at least should be expert to even the 3 divisions out. if you needed 1 or 2 more, the next in line, IMO, would be fantastic's team and then rade's team. of course you don't have to do this... but it seems to make the most sense.
