Take a deep breath [but not so deep you feel like you're going to burst] and have a friend/family member start a timer by indicating with a slight nod of your head or something. Activating it yourself puts stress on you, and you want to move as little as possible anyway. Usually I'll get around 2:30 or 2:45 doing this, but my record was 3:15. BE WARNED, doing it for that long gave me a major headache. |
