Default I need help (Computer tech)

My computer has been dead for over 9 months now and I didn't know how to fix it/didn't have the money/was lazy the whole time until recently. The problem started with the power supply slowly dying which caused a chain reaction where the mother board and CPU fried. I replace the PSU, motherboard, CPU, cooling fan/heat sink, and tower today. So I had to take everything out of one computer and switch it over to the other pretty much building a new one. BTW, putting on thermal paste sucks.

Anyways I've been working on this since 6:30 pm central time, and now it's 11:19 pm and I've hit a dead end. Everything it put in place, motherboard is wired correctly, etc. But when I hit power I get a notice about the new CPU and to change the settings in the set up. I don't know how to do that, so I was wondering if anyone could help me with that.

Putting that problem aside, I can hit F1 and bypass it which loads up windows. Once windows loads I go to start up my profile. While it loads, it stop with an error saying I need to active windows before I log in and gives me an active button and a cancel button. When I hit activate another installation looking screen comes up. The screen says "Windows has already been activated." and leaves me with an OK button. When I press it, it takes me back to the login screen repeating everything I just said about activating windows.

Can someone help me?

Instead of taking her out to a movie and buying her popcorn, bend her over the arm of a couch. It's very economical. Just make sure you are using the proper protection, because then it can become VERY, VERY GOD DAMN UNECONOMICAL if she pops a baby 9 months down the road.
