Space Quest was an old-school EGA game that used the AGD interface (type what you want to do) created by Sierra in the (correct me if I'm wrong) late 80s. It was about a space janitor named Roger Wilco, whose ship is taken over by these aliens with lasers. You have to escape the ship and save the universe. It was quite a hilarious game with numerous ways to die, each funnier than the last. They remade it in, I believe, 1990 with an advanced point and click interface and VGA graphics. There was also 6 other games as well as a fan creation that explains te time in between Space Quest 3 & 4 called The Lost Chapter.
