I can't MA

Jackhammers used to be my biggest weakness, but now I'm better even at them than I am at timing. I'm getting 10x as many perfects as I'd like to be getting on everything.

A bunch of these are sightreads. Unfortunately, some of them aren't, and I even had to try 5-10 times to get a few of these scores. These scores are all awful.

Beat this MA a few times, but only AAA'd one time. Could probably get a 50p AAA if I tried for a while, but even that'd be pretty lousy MA.

How do people practice MA? Just play the same easy songs over and over and try to SDP? Play a bunch of different easy songs and try to AAA? Increase judge? Play files which are tough to AAA, but not really hard?
