Yes, in StepMania. I know DWI doesn't count.
And yes, I have sufficient video proof. It shows the .ini, the judge, the music speed, and my hand. Both Moogy and Reach have seen it, and can vouch for me. The reason I don't have a link or anything is because the video is really fucking big so I can't upload it anywhere. If you want it you'll have to IM me, but be warned that (a) it's big, and (b) I can only send it to one person at a time or AIM will complain.
